- It is better to delete the previous message to which you are responding as members will understand from the same subject line.
- It is NOT necessary to send copies of the postings to the moderator.
- We should use an appropriate subject line which is unique.
- We should not just use "joke", "good one", "nice one", "fwd" in subject line.
- We should clean up the ">" forwarding marks, headers, footers, etc. before posting.
- We should limit our signature line to a minimum. We should not include disclaimers.
- We should be creative, selective and original.
- We should share important and knowledgeable information.
- We should not keep on reposting same attachments if they are not approved originally.
- We should not post any sort of religious propogandas.
- We should avoid unnecessary personal remarks, disclaimers and commercial messages.
- We should not post chain letters, virus warnings or other such nuisance emails.
