if we pray for the person & bless him  from whom recieved anger every day . then we can see results . this is according to mathew 5 , 44  bible word . by praying like this i was able to get out of my hatred .

There are many people who do not know what is patience and the worse is that they do not know they have no patience. The worst is that they do not want to know what is patience. Believers and non-believers are side by side in this issue.

Answer is within you my friend,If you are a beliver, entrust your problems o the bliss, & Patiently wait. /His ways & methods of solutions are totaly different than any of the recepies priscribed by our friend s in this site......Long long ago I was just the worst case ...Very very short tempered, and agressive,also when the anger comes down, very repentive and ashamed about my deeds and even shamelessley appologised to the victim of my outburst    .Always I had a pious friend my fathers youngest brother, a Catholic Priest who comes to bail me out of all crisis & advise me a lot, My son "not your Muscles but your brain", I will entrust you with my lord and pray, which in my youth burning time I ignored..Also I was a rebel & ethist

You Know how God answered ? One Fine Morning, God took him away to his abode , so young & so early,I not only lost the most reliable friend ,My Guru,My Mentor, My Guide, My all,I fail to discribe my place for him in of my heart., properly ...even now while remembering him,I feel so mucxh guilt,pain and grief. On his funeral I realised,now I wont have anybody,to bail me out fromf my worst part of  habbits (Anger)consequences, ( early  80,s) I was expecting my degree results,which I had written with Police Escort, from Hospital bed, as a result of a major conflict., still I  passed my examms with goodmarks, meanwhile miraculiously escaped from several death attempts, with the total score card of 5 criminal cases, I walked out of my college,Suddenly I began to see light,An influential person , with hidden Agenda came as my saviour who has talked and compromised and all the cases were written off and withdrawn, thus I was able to breath some free air, I got an oppertunity to join the Post graduate diploma in Yoga & Naturopaty, at Jammu & Kashmir,conducted by Indian Reasearch Institute for Yoga & Naturopathy( Central Govt Sponsered Institute)Came out in good moral, Physcical & Mental colours.There after continued my  Academic studies, Learned to divert my distructive energy to constructive energy, done Post graduation & MBA,On my own effort 22 years before landed in a GCC country,the biggest turning & Shocking point in my life, battered my self confidence, and belief in my self,at the same time I heard the same word of my Beloved Rev Father(catholic Priest),from the mouth of my Boss a British Irish Gentleman, after rescuing me from a major angry Phsycical conflict(Bout) with an eqialent Position french Natrional, who was provoking and verbalyy humiliating me since I joined,ultimatly resulting in a fight, where both of us severly injured ,a full fledged restaurant was totally damaged and Police Arrested both of us,French Embassy came in full support for him and none from our Embassy Bothered to even Peep that side , that time my G M this Irish GentleMan came for my Help Intervened strongly on My behalf,stood by my side, and brought both of out & Told the word Not your Muscles But your Brains Mr, Hyacinth, I was stunned....I just stared at him for a moment, and I know that my God was Listening and Rewarding my  Priests and Parents ,Prayers.......

Then again A Miracle Happened, My Right hand was Totaly Ruptured and got torn of my shoulder in a Major car Accident, 4 days coma, then a major operation to Attach it under the care and treatment of best Orthospecialist(German Doctor) of that country, Afterthat the hand was not moving , i saw death dancing, and also i had reached the point of suicide, due to utter depression, around 1.5months I was bedridden in Hospital,there I took an oath, god if you ever return back the power of my hand, Iwould never ever,be angry or hurt others in anyway, again a miracle happened after the allocation of  70%disability compensation by the board of  Insuarance Doctors, Myhand slowly started to respond to my command,Now this hand is much more stronger than the Normal Hand...And I had totally got rid off my ANGER problem once and for ever......Moral of the story is entrust your Problems .To the Bliss, and Pray a Lot ,Always think good, Do gOOD,as do service for the benefit of mankind, dedicated to God....Every thing will Be alright My Friend....You do have a desire & urge to Change....Accelerate it to Burning desire, and strive honestly ,sincierley for its accomplishment.....You will derive results.All the

I find u as a wise man who wants to lessen the "temper".
It is very easy.  if you are going to face anything which will make you "high tempered", divide your consentration to some other things also. If you understand upto this point, reply with the word "then".
