CURRENT VACANCIES:

1. Key Account Executive (Arabic Speaker)

Responsibilities include developing / securing new business opportunities with individual accounts within the territory/Market and grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with performance related CDAs to profitably grow volume and share within the key accounts/channel. Work with the key accounts manager to develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards (presence, product, promotions and pricing).Sell targeted new accounts. Identify and lock potential new accounts

Establish/ negotiate and lock plans into CDA inline with company policies and budget.Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. Communicate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.Ensure pricing guidelines and merchandising standards are fully executed. Ensure successful compliance of BPTs (WEKA&CDF).Managing Financial settlements and ensuring the consistent collection of payments.

2. Accountant- Accounts Receivables (male)

Responsible for the implementation of the company���s credit policy including controlling customer accounts, collections, controlling customer risk and forecasting collections. Implementing credit policy, controlling and monitoring the credit risk, controlling salesman accounts. Take necessary recovery measures to recover the delayed payments as per the credit policy. Forecasting and Monitoring Collections. Cover all the customers/salesmen monthly basis as per Sales plan. Prepare collection status report for the Credit Manager. Implement the DRC collection policy.

3. Electrician (2 vacancies)

Responsible for electrical maintenance of Plant related machines and Plant buildings-lighting and ensuring electrical maintenance. Responsible of repairs/replacement of the Electrical/Electronics and PLC related components. Ensures modifications and additions to existing Industrial electrical systems. Attend breakdowns. Troubleshoot the faults. Ensure repairs/replacement of the components. Ensure modifications and additions to existing domestic electrical systems.

Clean panels and motors. Conduct preventive maintenance. Ensure availability of plant equipments to meet production requirements. Conduct routine operational checks related to maintenance and repair of electrical equipments and facilities. Ensure routine recording, registering and reporting of maintenance activities. Ensure proper housekeeping of equipments, job locations and maintenance workshops. Ensure that industrial safety instructions are practiced

4. Syrup Room Operator

Responsible of Operating syrup room with the highest hygiene standard from simple syrup preparation, sanitation, filtration and concentrate mixing and testing as per PCI documentation.

Advise sugar dumpers of quantity. needed for each batch. Add water to simple syrup tank as per batch requirement. Mix sugar till dissolving, filtration of simple syrup sugar. Responsible of the sanitation of S.S. tank, pipes and filters. Test of S.S. Brix, record kept volume, odor, taste etc.

Add and mix concentration as per PCI documentation. Batch and aging of PEPSI and monitoring syrup consumption on FIFO .Check F.S. Brix and volume. Be responsible of the sanitation of all F.S. tanks. Change F.S. tank to another during line operation

5. Water Treatment Operator

Responsible of operating water treatment machineries in all its stages, as per PI recommendations and with the highest hygienic standards. Assure that water is being filtered and disinfected before it passes to production. Assure that all tests are performed as per PI procedures .Assure that all tests are carried per frequency mentioned by PI. Assure that filter back wash is done on daily basis. Assure chemical treatment and water used in utilities is according to specification. Assure the proper annual maintenance and changing of filter media as per PI recommendation. Assure the cleanliness of water treatment room and facilities at all time.

6. Gate Checker (8 vacancies)

Responsible for checking and counting sales trucks (vending, pre-sell and sales) in Dubai or Sharjah and is involved in the actual/physical counting during loading, re-loading and sales returns to issue the original pass through the gates. Check the sales volume in the trucks in line with the gate pass signed by CICO before the trucks go to the market. Count the actual number of the cases one by one, use the count sheet to verify the actual load. Check the actual volume versus original gate pass during the reload when the truck returns from the market. After CICO���s check at the yard, if the number is not correct, recount it again with the CICO. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Snr. gate auditors and other supervisory personnel

7. Storekeeper (Finished Goods) Production

Responsible for the physical inventory, organization, maintenance and control of the finished goods in line with production and responsible for promotional products receipts. Conduct the daily physical inventory of full goods and preparation of daily stock reports and report it to the reporting Supervisor. Assist/facilitate end of month stock checks with warehouse supervisors & Accounts and provide all transactions for the month for the reconciliation purposes. Ensure all the damaged goods from trade returns and during production are accounted for and segregated for repacking and assigned to the warehouse helpers. Ensure availability of statistics for the load in/load out of all finished goods to support the reconciliation. Organize and maintain all warehouse filing/records related to stock reconciliation. Co-ordinate loading of all sales orders with warehouse helpers and forklift drivers in accordance with instructions of the warehouse supervisors. Ensure safe operating practices during loading/offloading of all finished goods in accordance with the safety standards of the organization. Check the volume & check randomly for all promotion product receipts from DRC or from any other location, whether the promotional requirements are fulfilled from the production perspective i.e. check the tags, whether premiums or coupons are there by checking randomly. Scrap finished goods (expired & damaged) in co-ordination with QC & Finance.

8. Chief Cashier (Arabic speaker)

Responsible for receiving payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.

Receive and disburse money with the cashiers. Responsible for all cash and bank receipts and for reconciliation.Responsible for All Cash and Bank Receipts .Ensure books and physical cash tally on daily basis.Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.Ensure the quick reconciliation of salesmen, sales and cash cheques received. Being Responsible for Reconciliation pts and settlement of sheets) .Provide the physical deposits of cash, coins and cheques on daily basis in DRC banks. Keep in safe valuable items to the promotions, entrusted to him by DRC. Managing the Team, Coordinating and working closely with cashiers. Supervise, motivate the cashiers in all branches and monitor the team performance.

9. Paralegal (Arabic Speaker)

Support and assist Head of Legal Department with correspondence, memoranda, preparing meeting minutes, following up with external lawyers and official departments and other corporate and commercial legal documents. In addition, responsibilities will include the scheduling of appointments and meetings; responding to routine inquiries; reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy; English and Arabic legal translations, maintaining corporate records, including meeting minutes, filing and general record-keeping and other duties as assigned. Assist in drafting General Assembly and Board of Directors minutes of meeting.

Coordinate and follow up with external lawyers regarding our cases. Follow up with all the governmental and official departments. Respond to routine queries, review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy. Prepare a weekly report for the management with the update of Legal Cases .Handle proper filing of legal documents and contracts and meeting minutes.

10. Oracle Database Administrator

Responsible of installation ,configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products. Responsible of Database design and implementation. Implementing database security. Maintaining backup and recovery policies and procedures.Evaluate Oracle features and Oracle related products. Design,set up and implement Oracle application server in multi servers environment. Coordinate changes to computer databases, test and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems. May plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases. Implementing and Coordinating with Users. Implement the system as per IT Infrastructure Manager���s project plan. Map the DRC business needs to the ERP. Co-ordinate with users with their related screens and training. Complete implementation methodology. Train the users when and if necessary. Be responsible for the backups and restore the process .Be responsible for patch applications and clear all TARs. Ensure the system continuity by tuning the database

11. IT Service Desk Agent: (female)

Responsible of receiving calls and acting as the first and single point of contact to the users. Recording and tracking incidents and complaints that will be reported by Users via phone/email/online tool. Keeping users informed being achieved on request status and progress regularly, to ensure that the user is aware of the progress being achieved on the incident reported. Attempt and try to resolve issues by using knowledge base for incident that can be resolved at their level. Escalating incidents to level 1 engineers for incidents not resolved through remote support or with the help of knowledge base. Monitoring of all the incidents and requests logged in the Service management tool and escalate as appropriate. Monitoring of all the incidents and requests until they are closed to the satisfaction of Users who had logged such incidents /requests. Coordinating second line and third party support groups as when required for speedy resolutions of incidents. Identifying training needs and reports closing incidents and confirmation with the User.

12. Execution Executive: (Arabic Speaker)

Assess the modern trade execution team as per the merchandising standards, ensure CDA compliance and implementation by outlet, monitor the accuracy of promotional recourses allocation, Evaluate & assess CDA performance, and recommend execution solutions to support volume and share across MT channel.Ensuring Daily Market Execution Activities. Visit on daily basis certain number of outlets to check the execution done by the merchandiser���s/CR���s and identify the gaps in each of the execution standards criteria ( Plannogram, SKU availability, Stock rotation, Price sticker).Recommend effective execution solutions to support volume/share/MC initiatives Prepare a daily market visit report and present it to the NSM in order to update the execution team with the execution status vs the standard measures in the visited outlets. Ensure the proper implementation of modern trade activities in terms of promotions, launching new products, and other ad hoc execution requirements (ex: new POPs).

13. Assistant Project Manager

Responsible of assisting the Project Manager in creating and executing project work plans in line with DRC requirements. Ensuring that cost, quality, timeline, scope and safety measures in the project are met at all times. Assists in planning the Projects. Supervise the installation, plan the commissioning and the construction tasks in coordination with the consultants/suppliers as per the agreed agenda. Arrange meetings between the consultant and the suppliers and the concerned departments to solicit feedback and the proposals on the progress of the project.

Ensure that all the project legal requirements (municipality, DEWA and etc) are met in coordination with the consultant/supplier as per the agreed design. Assist Manager���s day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Prepare and update the project schedule with timelines and tasks to be completed

Create and monitor the project budget strictly. Ensure that required contracts are prepared with contractors, machine suppliers. Select suitable suppliers, consultants and contractors .Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimize our exposure and risk on project. Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards all the times. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Ensure that the regular project reporting system is in place.

EMIRATIZATION:

1. Emirati Accountant ���General

Assist the senior accountant (AP & GL) regarding invoice posting and payments, monthly reconciliation of all suppliers, utility payments, maintaining bank transfers. Handling Supplier Payments. Check, control and post all suppliers��� invoices as per their contract price and terms

Make all the payments as per their due dates. Ensure monthly reconciliation of all the suppliers

Does Reporting and Monitoring. Maintain bank transfers and related documents and files. Prepare schedules and reconcile with GL. Check the sales commissions and overtime payments with compensation and benefits. This position is open for Emiratis only.

2. Emirati Receptionist

Welcoming the visitors at the DRC reception area and answer inquiries related to the external and internal customers, visitors, and other interested parties. Attend to incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Attend to incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.Receive customer enquiries and redirect them to the right person related to the enquiry. Keep the reception area clean, proper and tidy in line with company standards. Provide accounts department with proper records of overseas calls made during the month.Maintain an updated leaves / attendance records of the employee to have better control in call transfers. File and maintain records. Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.Keep all visitors records and visitor cards, and enter all visitors��� records in the computer system. 3. Emirati Call Center Agent (2 vacancies)

Responsible of effectively answering all customer queries, log the query on maximize and either resolve the query directly or direct it to the correct department in DRC and provide a follow up service to close or conclude each query. Defuse highly charged customer complaints in a helpful and professional manner. Operate a logging system for sales, itemizing a call, the nature of the query and the action taken. Forward the logged sales calls to the relevant individuals for prompt action. Follow-up on all logged cases with both customers and with the internal support arms ��� MEM, Finance, Sales, Plant, Admin and closing complete cases. Log all orders for maintenance and repair jobs for MEM and follow up with the individuals concerned for prompt action. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, capture the data and provide weekly basis call reports .Answer any query regarding premiums redemptions. Provide call reporting and case closure reports as and when directed . This position is open for Emiratis only

4. Emirati Procurement Coordinator

Responsible for compiling information and keeping records to draw up purchase orders for materials and services. Assist and support purchasing supervisor. Preparing Documentation and Keeping track of the purchase requisitions and purchase orders, import shipments .Preparing shipping documents for clearance. Raise LPR and GRN for clearing agents .Take the printouts of the purchase orders after approvals. Fax all the purchase orders to the suppliers. Forward a copy of the purchase order to the requesting department. File all the purchase orders in a systematic way. Coordinate and arrange raw materials production trials for new suppliers .Send and follow up of CAPAR to suppliers .Get the quotes for some items .Monitor the sale of scrap items. 5. Emirati Trade Marketing Supervisor

Responsible for Channel Promotions, advertising, events and marketing activities in Modern Trade, C&G, QSR, Special Accounts and Traditional Trade Channels, Trade marketing projects and merchandising management , inclusive of marketing materials, premiums, promotion redemption systems, equipment branding and corporate livery. Coordinate and supervise, coordinate the execution of innovative channel promotions, advertising, events and marketing activities designed to drive volume and profitability by leveraging customers to communicate brand message, building brand equity. Liaise with sales as to channel specific advertising, promotions, print production and premium needs. Co-ordinate POSM deployment for on-going channel requirements and national or channel promotions, co-ordination of redemption of promotional premiums. Coordinate promotion FS with plant/sales/procurement, monitoring sales generated production FS and calibrating with PAM. Supports and co-ordinates with the Trade Marketing Assistant obtaining municipality approvals for all promotions. Brief and coordinate with procurement costing of premiums and printed items. Be responsible for POP/raw material tracking and recommending premium allocation. Raise and coordinate all related LPRs, GRNs and follow-up with procurement on premiums delivery, co-packing timings and costs.
