just by finding SGPT 65 doesnt mean that u have a liver disease. it need to be co related with any clinical findings. do LFT again after 2 months. if values are stil high, evaluate for any cardiac or liver disease.   if found any problem do consult a physician  regards     Dr.Vinod.R.Varier     calicut     09846302667
