WORLD NEWS FORUM: [www.keralites.net] Looking for your help to make a web page

Hi Friends,

Looking for your help for the following:

We have our own internal network system without a server in our office with a broadband connection from Etisalat and we have our own ISO, ASME and HSEM management system which the manual and procedures to be distributed to all the departments.

Instead of distributing hard copies of the manual, I wish to put it in the network system which is accessible by every department in our office.

For the above what is the easiest way put the same as webpage with hyperlinks to view and read without any editing access.

Looking for your suggestions.
