If you are working Jebel ali Freezone and had DU internet ,then it is possible
May be you can call PC to PC , but cannot call PC to any telephone Numbers.
If you had the Windows XP version you can easilly get connction through Hotspot.Iam using by the same way ,but I had a laptop of Vista not possible.If I try to Run Hot Spot even I cannot get the internet connection.

In UAE, you dont need to use hot spot shield to call using Yahoo phone out.
Just down load, yahoo messenger & call.
Currently I am using this service.

Please help my frind in UAE .....
Can anybody help, in using Yahoo Phone Out in U.A.E? Before, was able to get it if we sign in yahoo, after connecting Hot Spot Shield.
But now most of the time when we try to connect Hot spot shield, it shows "waiting for server". Sometimes, it is getting connected , and even after connecting Hot Spot Shield , when trying with Yahoo phone out, it's not connecting , and shows" sorry, yahoo signal can't connect your call�����.."
Please help!
