Dear George,
The Question Paper looking at it from the point of humour it need
appreciation for whoever did spend his time to create it but there
is a lot of iorny behind this humour.
We are all aware of the importance this year's SSLC Results
generated in the media as well as among the public. Its is not
entirely true regarding the results and the standards of the
examination by which millions of students pass out each years in our
State.
Iam not sure how old are you and the medium where you finished your
own schooling and many of us for that matter.Mind you it is the same
school products who are the back born of todays educational
faculties in our entire education system that prevail in our state
and many parts of the world where our malayalees who has made a
niche in their career and institutions world wide.
If you would have noticed,You must have found that there were no hue
and cry when the CBSE and other syllubus results came off
announcing even better average than the SSLC.It does not need
condemnation because they are the products of goods delivered to
you by paying a lot of money from your own monthly budget,so you do
care and has a wrong impression that all is well with the other
syllaby and the standard of your's and my kids.
There is no condemnation required for all those applications sold out
for the ongoing +1 admission for which nearly half of the
applications were purchased by these CBSE students to study in
government Schools in science group about which they them selves
don't believe in.
Do you know why I do write all these and can go on and on,because I
too am a father who's children did their schooling in Kerala sylabi
and the so called CBSE syllabi and found no diffrence. The diffrence
was that I did have to pay no money from my monthly budget for SSLC
and had to pay every dime for every word taught to my kids from the
so called CBSE Institutions.
We do underestimate a lot of ourselves and our own kids for all
their efforts they put in to write their important SSLC examination
and got thier well acquired and deserved success just for the sake
many many intrest which we all are affiliated one way or the other
whether political, religious or social intrests but my dear George
what often we ignore is the suppression and discouragement we do
supply with these criticism to our own Kids and their well deserved
efforts.
After all we are all the products of the so called Schooling and
when are we started thinking otherwise?after the information
Tecnology came to kerala I suppose?
OH! dear they will come off and perhaps will do better than you and
me despite our letting them down because we inherited them a better
society which brought us in this new millienium.
Please do forgive me of any spelling mistakes as I too am the
product of SSLC.
Bye and please do take care.
