I heared that "MUDIRA" in malayalam, I dont know other names. So Mudira after boiling drink that water in the early morning and eat that mudira also it is good for stones. Thanks  try it and reply after two week. If Anjali is a malayalee you can know mudira else ask any malayali friends "Mudira is brownish small seeds".

I am not a Urologist who can commandably suggest somethings on kidney stones, but if I get informations on it definetly I will forward it to you.

Basic advice is drink lot of water so that it can flush out the tiny crystals when you urinate.

It is simple logic.

System is like a drainage where ther are lot of waste products. If we dont flush it it will become a heap which causes problem to proper flushing system. Take lots of healthy fluids which will help you in flushing the crystals deposited automatically in your body.
