Can anyone tell me about Auto Cad 2009 installation notes. when i start the installation, it is prompting the message like "You cannot install this product on the current operating system". (See the attached jpg)

My system configuration is :
Windows XP Service Pack 2
P4 CPU 3.6 GHz
1.5 GB RAM
Internet explorer 6
