Here are some tips.
01.Install an audio dictionary on your PC.
This will give you The audio pronunciation in both American & British accents/styles. I would recommend The Cambridge Audio Dictionary. It comes as a CD along with the Dictionary.
02. Download some audio recording software onto your PC, and practice reading aloud and recording what you read. Try to maintain a measured pace and volume. A recording device acts as a mirror except that it tells you how you sound rather than look.I am sure Spark can recommend any number of soft wares with the cracks.You can also down load Wave Pad from wavepad.com.
03. Join a good spoken English Class in your neighborhood.
04.Learn to listen.
Listen frequently to BBC, CNN, and also watch documentaries in English on Discovery, National Geographic and Animal Planet. Listen to people around you who speak well. Listen with the intent of learning pronunciation.
05.Try to speak English more often or whenever you get the opportunity. Try to speak slowly and clearly.
06 Ask a friend who speaks English well to correct you when you speak.
07. Use the spell check option when you send e mails
08. Don't be afraid of making mistakes, English is a foreign language after all.

I am Moses Mereka from Malawi south of the sahara in Africa. English is my second language but I have a reason to believe that you can be good at the queen's language if you listen to people that speak it. I know that it is hard to find such poeple in your area then the last resort is to use the radio. I gather you can tune in to BBC english service. I think this will do the trick. I hope my advice will assist you become a fluent english speaker to a lesser extent. Do you remember how you learned to speak Malay as a language? Hope to hear from you soon.I remain,MM
