He is wrong if you are in husband\s or father's sponsor ship u can enter to UAE back by submitting an application to Emigration department by paying 130 Dhs up to 6 months and 100 Dhs extra for each month after sixth month. you may have to pay 600 or 700 Dhs more plus 130Dhs. Your husband can do it in the emigration and he have to apply for new visa for your child
