each emirates have its own type of ban it depent on your visa (freezone,etc).Also your depent on contract period.so pls clear which visa he have and how many years he is here on this visa.
 
for his wife there will be no ban if her visa is under his sponsership.
 
Finally Any ban can be lifted but it depent on his prof:(Engg,Doctor,etc)

dear group,please help....my cousin who is working with a company in sharjah is planning to cancell his visa and quiting the company..in the mean time he sponsored hiswife also...her visa is also getting cancelled as her sponsor is qiuting the job..
please let me know ..is there any entry ban for both of them to uae/what bans are waiting for them including work ban ?
