If your husband is now in UAE,he can submit an application in prescribed format (available in typing centres near Immigration office )stating that you may be permitted to land in UAE .This should be submitted to the head of immigration .You have to remit AED 250/-(Idont know whether revised or not) at the immigration (means at tying centre).They will issue a letter to Airport (in UAE)  stating you are permitted to land in UAE within 15 days.
This letter is to be submitted at Air port(hala service) one hour before your arrival at airport.A copy of the letter can be sent to you by your husband and you can keep it with you while entering flight to avoid hindrance in entering flight at India.
For your child ,your husband has to get a new visa for entry.
This was the rule before just one year .I am not sure whether it is changed or not.Just reconfirm with somebody.

i am having uae residence visa under my husbands sponsorship. last year i came india for my delivery. as i had some complications i had to stay here for little longer.now it is exactly one year and i want to go back with my baby to uae.

Now i want to know whether i have to reactivate my visa or i have take new visa as there is a time gap of 1 year. but my visa is still not expired. can anyone who knows about this pls help me.
