Slow, deep rhythmic breathing counting 1-4 inhale, then 1-4 exhale; repeat 10 times (every four hours).  Positive thinking, lots of laughter (children laugh around 400 times a day adult around 4 times - we lost our ability to laugh).   Eat a lot of healthy food (more organic, less junk food, drink more water at least 8 glasses a day and walk more...
