There are different types of back pain by different reasons. What types of pain and how long you are facing this problem.
If it is a type of 'disc dislocation' and you don't want to consult medical doctors; I can advice you by my experience that you can go a local doctor (kurikkal) in Thidanad, near Erattupetta, Kottayam (Dist).
